摘要
目的:建立水中11种氯苯类化合物的测定方法。方法:采用毛细管气相色谱法测定水中11种氯苯类化合物。对色谱条件、检出限、试剂空白、干扰因素进行了研究和优化。结果:用建立的方法对人工合成水样进行测定,11种氯苯类化合物的平均加标回收率为95%~107%,相对标准偏差为0.99%~4.1%,最低检测限为0.04μg/L~20μg/L。结论:所建立的方法简便、灵敏、准确,具有较好的精密度与准确度,可同时用于生活饮用水及其它水样中氯苯类化合物的测定。
Objective:To establish a method for the determination of 11 chlorobenzenes in water by gas chromatography.Methods: 11 kinds of chlorobenzenes in water were detected by capillary gas chromatography.The chromatographic conditions,limits of detection,reagent blank and interference factors were studied and optimized.Results: The recoveries were 95%~107%.The RSD were 0.99%~4.1%.The limit of detection was 0.04 μg/L^20 μg/L.Conclusion: The method is simple,sensitive and suitable for the analysis of pesticide residues.
