土槿乙酸对葡萄球菌生物膜形成的抑制作用 被引量:4

The inhibitory effects of Pseudolaric acid B on the biofilms produced by Staphylococcus

摘要 目的:研究中药活性成分土槿乙酸对葡萄球菌生物膜形成的抑制作用。方法:采用肉汤培养法检测土槿乙酸对金黄色葡萄球菌和表皮葡萄球菌浮游细菌生长的影响;采用分光光度计检测法分析土槿乙酸对上述二菌株生物膜形成的影响。结果:30μg/ml土槿乙酸对两株葡萄球菌浮游细菌数量没有明显影响,但同样浓度下土槿乙酸能明显抑制细菌形成生物膜。金黄色葡萄球菌生物膜试验组与对照组A550值分别为1.03±0.12和0.26±0.03(P<0.05),表皮葡萄球菌生物膜相应数值为1.36±0.08和0.41±0.05(P<0.05),有统计学差异。结论:尽管土槿乙酸不能直接杀灭葡萄球菌,但对其生物膜形成有抑制作用,为进一步开发中药抗感染药物奠定基础。 Objective:To study the inhibitory activities of Pseudolaric acid B on the biofilm forming by Staphylococcus.Methods: The effects of Pseudolaric acid B on the growth of planktonic Staphylococcus aureus and Staphylococcus epidermidis were measured by broth culture.The effects of Pseudolaric acid B on the biofilm forming of above two strains were detected by spectrophotometer.Results: Pseudolaric acid B with 30 μg/ml had no obvious effects on the growth of the tested strains of Staphylococcus aureus and Staphylococcus epidermidis,but notablely inhibited biofilm formation.The values of A550 in the experiment group and control group of Staphylococcus aureus biofilm were respectively 1.03±0.12 and 0.26±0.03(P〈0.05),the corresponding values of Staphylococcus epidermidis biofilm were respectively 1.36±0.08 and 0.41±0.05(P〈0.05).Conclusion: Pseudolaric acid can inhibit Staphylococcus biofilm formation,though it is not able to kill the strains directly.This research has provided data for further studying new anti infective agents from the traditional Chinese medicine.
