摘要 目的:探讨趋化因子CXCL12在宫颈癌组织中的表达并评估其临床意义。方法:采用免疫组化方法,检测48例宫颈癌、28例宫颈上皮内瘤样病变(CINⅠ~Ⅲ)和23例正常宫颈组织中CXCL12的表达水平。结果:CXCL12在正常宫颈组织内不表达,而在CIN和宫颈癌组织中异常表达;CXCL12异常表达水平与宫颈癌患者的较晚的临床分期、淋巴结转移术后复发等参数均高度相关。结论:CXCL12表达水平可能与宫颈癌组织的恶性进展相关,CXCL12检测有助于对宫颈癌及宫颈上皮内瘤样病变进行早期诊断,并可提高对患者分期的准确性。 Objective:To detect the expression of chemokine CXCL12 in cervical cancer tissues and to evaluate its clinical significance.Methods: Immuno-histochemical staining was employed to detect the expression levels of CXCL12 in a variety of cervical tissues from 48 patients with cervical cancer,28 with cervical intraepithelial neoplasia(from CINⅠto CINⅢ) and 23 with normal cervical epithelium.Results: While none of the normal cervical samples displayed CXCL12 staining,abnormal expression of CXCL12 demonstrated in both CIN and cervical cancer tissues.Deregulated CXCL12 expression in cervical cancer tissues was significantly correlated with patients′ late clinical stage,lymph-node metastasis,post-operational recurrence.Conclusion: CXCL12 expression may be correlated with the malignant progression and tumor immune escape of the cervical cancer,and its detection was helpful in the early diagnosis and accurate staging of patients with CIN or cervical cancer.
