Analysis on Effects of Human Behavior on the Water Environment——Take the Water Environment of Haihe Basin for Example

海河流域的水资源总量日益减少 ,但人类在开发和利用过程中的浪费、污染、过度开发 ,在一定程度上加剧了水资源的匮乏 ,造成生态环境进一步恶化 ,直接影响了人民生活和工农业生产 .有限的水资源已成为海河流域工农业发展的瓶颈和主要制约因素 ,必须对症下药 ,制定改善环境的有效措施 ,包括法律法规 ,对水资源进行统筹规划 ,合理利用 ,全面节流 ,积极开源 ,搞好水源保护和建设 。

The water resource of Haihe Basin reducing day by day,but Human's waste, pollution and over exploitation in the process of development and utilization doubled the water resourse deficit,deteriorated the ecological environment,influenced the human's life and industrial and agricultural production in the area.The limited water resourse has become the bottleneck and main restraineel factor,we must suit the remedy to the case,make effective measure to improve the environment ,including laws and regulations,make overall planning,utilization reosonable,etc,do protection and construction well on water resourse,though stable the total of the reducing water resourse day by day.
