2型糖尿病重症患者家属健康教育及其效果评价

Health education and its effect evaluation on family members of severe patients with type 2 diabetes

目的探讨家属健康教育对2型糖尿病重症患者病情控制的影响效果。方法将68例2型糖尿病重症患者随机分为干预组及对照组各34例,对对照组患者实施健康教育;干预组在患者健康教育的基础上,实施家属健康教育,分别统计肾功能指标(尿素氮、血清肌酐和内生肌酐清除率),对结果进行统计学处理,比较2组各项指标的差异。结果干预组患者经教育1、3和6个月后,肾功能指标控制明显好于入组时及对照组同期的数据,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论家属健康教育对2型糖尿病重症者控制病情有良好的效果。

[Objective]To explore the effect of health education on family member of severely patients with diabetes 2.[Methods]A total of 68 severe patients with type 2 diabetes were randomly divided into intervention group and control group,with 34 cases in each group.Health education was performed on control group.For intervention group,it performed on both patients and their family members.Renal function indicators of the patients in the 2 groups（urea nitrogen,serum creatinine and endogenous creatinine clearance rate） were measured and analyzed statistically.The results were compared.[Results]The intervention group had a better results of renal function indicators after health education of 1,3 and 6 months,compared with before and the same period data of control group,the differences were significant（P0.05）.[Conclusion]Health education on family member has obvious effect on development control of type 2 diabetes
