淄博市淄川区某企业职工职业病防治、健康知识基线调查及干预措施

Prevention and control,baseline survey of health knowledge and intervening measures of occupational disease in a enterprise in Zichuan District of Zibo City

目的了解淄博市淄川区接触职业病危害作业职工对职业病防治知识、健康知识的知晓程度,探讨行之有效的职业卫生健康教育的方法,为下一步开展健康促进企业创建活动提供科学依据。方法采取问卷、座谈会、培训班等方法,结合淄川区健康促进企业活动的开展,对195名接触职业病危害作业的职工进行职业病防治知识、健康知识的基线调查,并制定相应的干预措施。结果大部分职工具有一定的职业卫生知识和健康知识,了解职业病防治法,能够正确认识毒物进入人体的途径。职工普遍对职业卫生服务和慢性病防治知识需求强烈。结论企业通过岗前培训、警示标识、告知栏等形式,广泛宣传职业病危害因素及防治措施,取得良好效果。但仍需要制定干预措施的职业卫生知识的要求。

[Objective]To understand the awareness of workers exposed to occupational hazards about occupational disease prevention knowledge and health knowledge in Zichuan District of Zibo City,to discuss effective occupational health education method,and provide scientific evidence for carrying out health promotion in enterprises.[Methods]Questionnaires,seminars,training courses and other methods combined with health promotion in enterprises of Zichuan District were adopted to conduct baseline survey of occupational disease prevention knowledge and health knowledge on 195 workers with occupational exposure,and to develop corresponding intervention measures.[Results] Most workers had a certain degree of occupational health knowledge and health knowledge,knew occupational disease prevention law and could correctly understood the route of exposure.Workers had the strong demands of occupational health services and chronic disease prevention and control knowledge generally.[Conclusion]Wide publicity to the occupational hazards and control measures through pre-service training,warning labels,inform bar,and other forms has achieved good effect.But the requirement of developing intervening measures about occupational health knowledge is still needed.
