无锡市钱桥社区工业企业职业卫生服务需求情况

Requirements of occupational health service of industrial enterprises in Qianqiao community of Wuxi City

目的了解无锡市钱桥社区工业企业的职业卫生技术服务需求。方法对86家社区企业中管理人员(部门负责人或总经理)采用问卷调查形式。结果 86家社区工业企业中主要是冶金、化纤、皮革加工、电子、机械行业。主要职业危害因素是噪声、有机溶剂、重金属、三酸、粉尘。职业安全卫生管理人员绝大多数文化程度普遍在大专以上,平均年龄36岁,进厂时间一般为1～5 a。绝大部分管理人员愿意了解有关职业卫生知识,仅有4.7%的人不愿意参加职业卫生知识培训;大部分企业愿意接受有关的职业卫生服务;绝大部分的管理人员认为良好的作业环境有助于提高工作效率,大部分企业愿意投资改善作业环境。结论钱桥社区工业企业将更加发展壮大,为职业卫生技术服务的发展带来了良好的机遇。

[ Objective] To know the requirements of occupational health service of industrial enterprises in Qianqiao Community of Wuxi City. [ Methods ] The questionnaire survey was conducted in managers （ department heads or general managers） from 86 community enterprises. [ Results] The main trades of 86 industrial enterprises included metallurgy, chemical fiber, leather process, electron and machinery, and the main occupational hazards were noise, organic solvents, hydrochloride, sulfuric acid, nitric acid and dusts. Most of occupational health managers had a bachelor＇s degree or higher, the average age was 36 years old, and the work- ing age of them were mainly 1-5 years. The majority of managers were willing to study the knowledge about occupational health, on- ly 4.7% would not like to receive the occupational health training. Most of enterprises were willing to accept the occupational health service. The majority of managers thought that the good working environment is helpful to improve the work efficiency. Most of enterprises would like to invest for improving the working environment. [ Conclusion] The industrial enterprises in Qianqiao Community will develop and strengthen greatly, which bring a good opportunity for development of occupational health technical service.
