The quality competition of talented people is the competitive core of all countries to comprehensive rational strength. we should know teaching quality from the new century point of view.With the combination of ‘teaching, research, reform, development and innovation, experiences of using new teaching materials facing to the 21th century, applying multi media education techniques, reforming teaching methods and developing the teaching level are introduced in this paper.
