摘要
研究自动化车床管理的优化问题 ,首先假设车床出现故障时已完成的零件数作为参数 ,其服从正态分布 ,在此基础上 ,以更换刀具为决策变量 ,以生产零件的总费用为目标函数建立动态规划模型 ,利用计算机程序对检查问题逐一选取进行尝试 ,选取最优的检查间隔使得总费用最少 ,最后通过计算机彷真模拟结果吻合很好 .
In this paper,we studied the problem how automation model of lathe management is optimized.First,we assume the lathe has the fault,the number of production completed is parameter.It obeyed moral distribution.Based on it,we used the changed cutter as division variable,and the cost of all as objective function.We established dynamic programming model.Then we used the computer program to check it step by step.Last,we selected the better stage number to solve the problem.
