摘要
以已建立的军队卫生机构科研实力评估指标体系为基础 ,重点讨论和研究如何改进模糊综合评判算法 ,实施军队卫生机构科研实力的评估 .
It is discussed and researched the improvement of fuzzy synthesis evaluation arithmetic based on the evaluation index system of the health organization scientific research strength of the P.L.A. that already found. The evaluation of scientific research strength is finally implemented by using the arithmetic.
