摘要
以快速溶胶 -凝胶法合成了不同x值的La1 -xSrxCoO3复合氧化物 ,XRD分析表明均为钙钛矿晶体结构 ,估算平均粒度已达到纳米级 .研究了溶胶 -凝胶制备过程的条件并提出凝胶化起始温度的控制问题 ,对降低煅烧温度和缩短煅烧时间也进行了实验 .
A series of Sr 2+ doped composite oxides La 1-x Sr x CoO 3 ( x =0.1~0.8) were prepared.Their perovskite structures and nanometer particle average diameters were characterized by means of X rays diffraction(XRD). The preparation conditions of fast sol gel process,the gelation initial temperature,the burning temperatures and the burning time were studied.
