关爱农民工随迁子女“校地共建”志愿服务模式的建构

摘要 无论是从政府的职能定位、地方院校的办校定位,还是农民工随迁子女自身个体发展而言,实行"校地共建"的志愿服务模式都是必要的。依据生态系统理论、社会支持系统网络理论、马斯洛的人的需要层次理论,建构一个"以实践基地为依托,以高校社团运行为主力,以中心为保障"的关爱农民工随迁子女"校地共建"志愿服务模式。 It is necessary to have cooperation between universities and local governments to provide voluntary care to children of migrant workers. This is consistent with the positioning of the function of local governments and local universities, and will be beneficial for the individual development of the children of migrant workers. Based on ecological system theory, social support network theory, and Maslow's Hierarchy of Needs theory, a university-government cooperation model of voluntary care should be established, leveraging the practice base with major effort of university associations supported by the local governments.
