草酸盐法制备纳米晶CdFe_2O_4的研究

Study on syuthesis of nanocrystalline CdFe_2O_4 by oxalate method

用草酸盐法制备 Cd Fe2 O4 纳米生坯粉 ,在 70 0℃的温度下焙烧得到纳米晶粉末 ,同时对 Cd Fe2 O4 纳米晶的气敏特性进行研究 ,发现它对乙醇、乙炔有较高的敏感特性 ,而对汽油敏感性则较低。

In this paper,sensing character of CdFe 2O 4 nanocrystalline was discussed.Our test suggested that raw of Nanocrystallin CdFe 2O 4 was prepared by oxalate method and powder was obtained after sintering at 700℃.We found:CdFe 2O 4 has high sensitivity to vapour of ethanol and acetylene,and low to petrol.
