摘要
合成了邻氯苯甲醛与O,S-二甲基磷酰亚胺缩合得到的席夫碱及其Cu(Ⅱ),Ni(Ⅱ),Zn(Ⅱ),Co(Ⅱ)配合物.用元素分析,IR,UV,摩尔电导等对所合成化合物进行了测试,配体还采用MS和1HNMR进行了表征,确定了这些化合物的组成和配位状态,还对化合物进行了蚜虫和红蜘蛛的生测实验以及抑制超氧阴离子自由基活性的研究.
Schiff base from 2-chlorobenzaldehyde and O, S-dimethylthlophosphorylimine and its complexes of copper(Ⅱ), zinc(Ⅱ), cobalt(Ⅱ) and nickel(Ⅱ) have been synthesied and characterized by elemental analysis, IR, electronic absorption and molar conductivity. The Schiff base ligand has been further ascertained by 1H NMR and MS spectra. The composition and coordination state of these compounds are established and their scavenging effect on O2 and Biological activity to kill Aphis fabae and Metatetranychus ulmi are also tested.
