摘要
目的：探讨低位直肠癌保肛术后吻合口瘘发生的原因、预防及治疗。方法：回顾性分析2005年1月-2010年1月我院收治的180例直肠癌保肛手术患者的临床资料。结果：本组患者术后发生吻合口瘘17例（9．4％），13例经引流、抗感染、营养支持等治疗后痊愈，另4例再次手术行转流手术、腹腔冲洗引流均获治愈。结论：年龄、患者情况、吻合口位置、吻合技术及肠道准备等是影响吻合口愈合的重要因素。提高吻合技术、早期诊断、合理的治疗措施是减少和治愈吻合口瘘的关键。
Objective： To investigate rectal cancer postoperative anastomotic leakage occurred because, diag- nosis, treatment and prevention measures. Methods： Retrospective analysis in January 2005-2010 January ad- mitted 180 cases of rectal cancer surgery in patients with clinical data. Results： The patients postoperative anasto- motic fistula in 17 cases （9.4 % ）, 13 cases of drainage, anti- infectves, nutritional support, treatment and re- covery after the other four cases have reoperation line bypass surgery, abdominal drainage were cured. Conclu- sion：The age and condition of patients, the location of the anastomotic stapling technique, and bowel prepara- tion is the impact factors for anastomotic healing. Anastomotic leakage is one of the most serious complications after rectal cancer surgery. Improve the stapling technique, early diagnosis, and treatment measures to reduce and cure of anastomotic leakage critical.
