摘要
目的:观察布地奈德/福莫特罗联合氨溴索雾化吸入治疗支气管哮喘的疗效和对小气道功能的影响。方法:将50例中度哮喘患者予布地奈德/福莫特罗粉剂联合氨溴索雾化吸入治疗3个月,治疗前后分别进行肺功能检测,并观察日夜间临床症状及不良反应。结果:50例患者治疗后临床症状和肺功能均较治疗前显著改善(P<0.05),不良反应轻微。结论:布地奈德/福莫特罗联合氨溴素治疗支气管哮喘疗效较好,尤其可有效改善小气道功能,且不良反应发生率低。
Objective：To investigate efficacy and effect on small airway function of Budesonide/Formoterol combined with nebulized Ambroxol inhalation in treatment of patients with asthma. Method： 50 patients with asthma were treated with Budesonide/Formoterol combined with nebulized Ambroxol inhalation for 3 months. Analysis on pulmonary function measurements, daytime and nocturnal symptom, and adverse effects were made pre and post - treatment. Results： Comparing with observations before treatment, there were significant im- provements（P〈 0.05） in daytime and nocturnal symptoms and pulmonary function. The adverse effects were light in degree. Conclusions： Budesonide/Formoterol combined with nebulized Ambroxol inhalation in treatment of patients with asthma is effective, particularly improving small airway function. And there are a low incidence of adverse events.
