摘要 详细研究了2-噻吩基硼酸同卤代芳烃的Suzuki反应．讨论了反应机理及各种因素例如底物的结构，反应介质（溶剂），碱度和反应时间对Suzuki反应的影响． In this paper,Suzuki reaction of 2-thienylboronic acid with aromatic halides is investagated in detail. The reaction mechanism and the effect of various factors such as structure of substrate, reaction medium (solvent), basictity as well as reaction time are also discussed.
