摘要
目的：观察槐杞黄颗粒治疗小儿泌尿系感染免疫球蛋白的变化。方法：选择2009年1月-2011年10月，收治小儿泌尿系感染患儿72例，随机分成两组，治疗组给予常规治疗基础上加口服槐杞黄颗粒2个月，对照组常规治疗，观察两组治疗前后免疫球蛋白变化情况。结果：治疗组较对照组免疫球蛋白IgA、IgG增高（P＜0．05），IgM无显著差异（P＞0．05）。治疗组治疗前后有明显差异。结论：槐杞黄颗粒在提高小儿泌尿系感染体液免疫功能有显著的疗效。
Objective： To investigate the effect of Huai qi huang on ruinary tact infection in children. Meth- ods：Seventy - two children with ruinary tact infection were randomly divided into two groups , the experimental group received routine treatment plus Huai qi huang and the control group received routine treatment only. Re- suits：After treatment, the immunoglobulins effect between two groups are different; levels of IgG, IgA between two groups are different;level of lgM is no different. Conclusion： Huan qi buang can improve immunoglobulinsof ruinary tact infection in children.
