摘要
用一定浓度范围(2.5~5.0mg/L)的超氧化物歧化酶模型化合物(Superoxdedismutasemodelcompound,SODMC)以浸种和喷洒相结合的方式处理水稻幼苗,以幼苗二叶一心期为低温胁迫期,结果表明处理能够维持低温胁迫后水稻幼苗体内较高的SOD活性,较低的MDA含量和电解质渗漏,显示SODMC处理对低温胁迫苗的保护作用,然而稍高浓度(7.5mg/L)的SODMC处理则有一定的毒害作用.
In this paper, the effect of SODMC on cold-tolerance of rice seedlings was inverstigated. The rice was treated with a certain concentration of SODMC (2.5 mg/L ~5.0 mg/L) by the way of soaking and spraying. The rice seedlings were treated by chilling stress (5℃±1℃) when they were in two-leaf-one-leaflet period. The results are as follows: SODMC can keep the high SOD activity, Lower MDA content and lower conductivity of rice seedlings after chilling stress. the results show the protective role of SOMDC, but a little higher concentration of SODMC (7.5 mg/L) may inhibit the growth of seedlings.
