Study of the standard of qualtiy control of intermediate product of glucose injection

本文对影响葡萄糖注射液pH 值、含量和5—HMF 的质量因素进行了研究。证实除灭菌温度外还与生产过程中pH 值调节范围和活性炭的用量有关。并拟订了中间品质量控制标准及达标最佳方案。

Effect of glucose injection on pH and content and quality factor of 5-HMFwere studled.In addition to the sterilizing temperature the three aspects mention-ed above were associated with regulating pH and dosage of activated charcol.St-andard of quality control of intermdiate product of glucose injection and the opt-imum program of coming to the standard were also worked out in this article.
