TGFβR1和smad系列蛋白在胃腺癌中的表达 被引量:4

Expressions of TGFβR1 and Smads Proteins in Gastric Adenocarcinoma

摘要 [目的]探讨转化生长因子β受体1(TGFβR1)和smad系列蛋白(smad2/3、smad4、smad7)与胃腺癌发生、发展的关系及其相关性。[方法]采用免疫组织化学方法对80例胃腺癌、20例正常胃黏膜组织的TGFβR1和smad2/3、smad4、smad7进行检测。[结果]胃癌组织中TGFβR1、smad2/3、smad4的阳性表达率明显低于正常胃黏膜,而smad7阳性表达率高于正常胃黏膜组织,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);TGFβR1和smad2/3的表达与胃癌的TNM分期有关(P﹤0.05),smad4、smad7在胃癌中表达的变化与胃癌的分化程度、浸润深度、淋巴结转移有关(P﹤0.05);TGFβR1与smad2/3在胃癌中表达呈正相关(r=0.429,P=0.000),与smad7呈负相关(r=-0.522,P=0.000)。[结论]TGFβR1、smad2/3、smad4和smad7的异常表达与胃腺癌的发生、发展有关。 [Purpose] To investigate the expressions of transforming growth factor beta receptor 1 (TGFβR1)and smads proteins (smad2/3,smad4,smad7) in gastric adenocarcinoma and their relationship with clinicopathological features.[Methods] TGFβR1,smad2/3,smad4 and smad7 were detected by immunohistochemical methods in 80 gastric adenocarcinoma tissues and 20 normal gastric mucosa.[Results] The positive rates of TGFβR1,smad2/3 and smad4 were lower in gastric adenocarcinoma tissues than those in normal gastric mucosa,while the positive rate of smad7 was higher in gastric adenocarcinoma tissues than that in normal gastric mucosa (P0.05).The expressions of TGFβR1 and smad2/3 related to TNM staging,while smad4 and smad7 related to tumor differentiation,depth of invasion and lymph node metastasis (P 0.05).The expression of TGFβR1correlated positively with smad2/3(r=0.429,P=0.000),negatively with smad7(r=-0.522,P= 0.000).[Conclusion] TGFβR1,smad2/3,smad4 and smad7 might play important roles in carcinogenesis and progress of gastric adenocarcinoma.
