p27和CyclinE在宫颈鳞癌表达及其与临床病理特征关系 被引量:5

Expressions of p27 and CyclinE in Cervical Squamous Epithelial Carcinoma and Their Relationship with Clinicopathological Features

摘要 [目的]探讨宫颈鳞状细胞癌组织中p27和CyclinE的表达及其与临床病理因素和预后的关系。[方法]采用免疫组化二步法检测70例宫颈鳞癌(CSES)、30例宫颈鳞状上皮内瘤变(CIN)以及正常宫颈组织(NCE)中p27和CyclinE的表达,并分析两者的表达与CSEC患者临床病理因素及预后的关系。[结果]p27蛋白在CSEC、CIN和NCE中的阳性表达率分别为42.9%、76.7%和96.0%;而CyclinE的阳性表达率则分别为64.3%、26.7%和6.0%。p27和CyclinE蛋白表达均与组织学分级、间质浸润、淋巴结转移以及脉管浸润有关(P<0.05),两者的表达呈显著负相关(r=-0.504,P<0.01)。[结论]CyclinE高表达伴p27低表达提示肿瘤的高侵袭性及不良预后。
