胰蛋白酶及PAR-2在恶性肿瘤调控中的研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 胰蛋白酶及蛋白酶激活受体-2(PAR-2)在多种肿瘤细胞中异常表达,且与肿瘤细胞的生物学特性及恶性程度密切相关。PAR-2激活后可通过多种信号转导途径导致细胞增殖和侵袭转移。PAR-2和胰蛋白酶可能成为肿瘤细胞生物学行为的新标志物,为临床恶性肿瘤的早期诊断和治疗提供一个新的方向。现全文对胰蛋白酶和PAR-2在恶性肿瘤调控途径中的最新进展作一全面的综述。
