Production Technology of Dry Pressing Colored Glazed Ceramic Tile and Its Engineering Application

通过瓦坯成型方法改进、施釉方法调整、辊道窑预热缓冷工况改造等措施,可实现瓦的干压一次成型快烧出产品。干压彩釉陶瓷瓦生产中瓦料的含水率须在10%以下,该瓦可于1 200℃下一次烧成、具有独特的双重防水结构,且适用面广,不仅在国内多个省份的建筑上获得应用,且有产品出口东亚及非洲等地。

Drying pressing colored glazed ceramic tile can be produced by once-forming technology at 1 200℃ in a fastfiring kiln under the conditions of improving molding process, glazing method and preheat and slow cooling adjusting of roller kiln. The moisture content of the semi-product used for producing this tile should be under 10%. The tile possess the double structure for waterproofing and wide adaptability, which is not only applied in the buildings in several provinces of China, but also exported to East Asia and Africa.
