摘要
高校田径运动水平受时间、经济、生源的影响 ,一直举步艰难 ,难以达到其应有的地位 .为了提高田径队业余训练的水平 ,我们应改进传统的训练模式 ,引入先进的科学的训练思想和方法 .充分利用有限的条件 ,采用小周期训练模式 ,突出主训练日的高强度、大负荷的训练 。
The sports level of track and field events,which is hard to reach its aimed goal,is influenced by time,econormic conditions and student resources.In order to develop the level,we should improve the traditional training pattern and adopt those advanced scientific theories and methods as well.Athletes can achieve great success in competition as long as we could make full use of the equipments we have to emphasize some of the chief heavy loaded training in a short period cycle pattern.
