高校学报为高校科研发展作出了巨大的贡献 ,但随着经济体制的改革 ,也暴露出诸多方面与现代经济体制不相适应 ,已越来越不适应社会主义市场经济发展的需要 .因此 ,必须提高自身的办刊质量 ,增强刊物在市场中的竞争力 .本文从编辑素质的提高。

College journal plays an important role in college′s scientific researches,but it is not appropriate for the development of current socialist market economy.It is very urgent to improve journal quality and enhance its competitive power.It is discussed here how to make this realized from three aspects:improve editor′s intrinsic qualifications,make perfect to the environment of contributions,obtain contributions with high quality through various channels.
