Determination of Padan in the free Nereid poison

巴丹及其异构体在碱性介质中易被分解成沙蚕毒 .在游离沙蚕毒存在下研究了巴丹的测定方法 。

In the alkaline medium, Padan and its isomer could be decomposed into nereid poison easily. This paper researches into the determination method of padan while the free nereid poison exists, effect of methanol concentration on the diffused current,and the relation between the concentration of nereid poison and diffused current. This method can be applied successfnlly, and safisfactory quantitative results have been obtaianed.
