摘要
探讨了SiCr共渗工艺参数、含碳量、合金元素对渗层组织的影响 ,并探讨了稀土元素的作用 .结果表明 :共渗温度升高、时间延长和含碳量减小 ,均使SiCr共渗层厚度增加 ,合金钢 (2 0Cr、16Mn)的渗层厚度小于碳钢 (2 0 ) ,加入 5 %稀土使渗层变厚 。
In this paper,the influeces of siCr codiffusion technologic parameter,carbon content and alloy elements on the diffusion layer organization as well as the affection of RE,are studied.The results show that the higher temperature,the longer time and reduction of carbon content would make thickness of Codiffusion layer of SiCr increase,and diffusion layer of the alloy steel (20 Cr、16 Mn) is thinner than Csteel (20).Adding 5% RE can make the diffusion layer thicker and change the property of the diffusion layer organization.
