摘要
提出了DNA序列的时间序列模型 ,给出了DNA序列整数序列的一个映射 .作为列子 ,计算了某些功能序列的相关维数与与Kolmogorv熵 .利用这两个指标比较了它们的差异 .从这两个指标可以看出 :1)对真生物而言 ,外显子比内含子复杂 ,但对原核生物刚好相反 .2 )所考虑的所有功能区都远不是随机序列 .
A time series model of DNA sequence is proposed. A map of DNA sequence to integer sequence is given out. As examples, the correlation dimension and Kolmogorov entropy of some different functional sequences are calculated. Their differences according these two scales are compared. Using these two scales, we can conclude:1) For eukaryote, exon is more complex than intron, but this reverse for prokaryote.2) All functional regions we concerned in this paper is far from random sequences.
