汉语声调特征与侦查工作中的地域性言语识别

Tone Characteristics and Speech Identification in Investigation

在与各种违法犯罪作斗争的新形势下,语言侦查技术在案件侦破过程中的作用越来越突出。在地域性言语识别的语言文字类案件中,汉语方言语音的声调特征具有重要的价值特性:一是汉语方言语音的调类和调值特征具有突出的差异性,二是汉语声调特征具有极强的稳固性,三是汉语方言中的连续变调具有各自特点和规律。这三方面特性决定了汉语声调特征在地域性言语识别中具有高等次的识别价值,应得到重视和应用。

Since the reform and opening up in China,with the rapid development of the economy and society in this country,a series of new changes have happened in illegal and criminal activities,among which the phenomenon of committing a crime by using language can never be neglected. In this new situation,the language detection technology plays a more and more important role. In regional language recognition cases,the tone features of Chinese dialect have two valuable characteristics: the prominent difference of the tones and the pitch features of Chinese dialect,and the stability of Chinese tone features. The two characteristics play decisive and valuable role in Chinese tone features recognition and regional speech identification,and therefore should be given more attention and have wider application.
