16α—溴代雌酚酮—3甲醚及其与银耳多糖合并用药治疗白细胞减少症105例疗效报告

The effect of 105 cases of leukopenia treated with 16-α-Bromoestrone-3 Methyl and in conbination with tremella polysoccharide

使用16α—溴代雌酚酮—3甲醚及其与银耳多糖合并用药治疗白细胞减少症105例,病种主要是因恶性肿瘤行放、化疗或放射职业所致的白细胞减少者,与此同时对同类病种却用目前临床常用升白药治疗77例以作对比观察。本研究发现溴酮醚的升白疗效(针剂有效率高达85.7%)明显高于对照组(有效率为48.4%),经统计学处理卡方测验p<0.01,差异非常显著,表明溴酮醚升白疗效高。

105 leukopenea cases were treated using 16-α-Bromoestrone-3methyl ether(Br-done-methyl)or together with Tremella Fuiformis Berk(Tremella polysacch-aride).The disease is mainly caused by carrying out the radiation of malignanttumours,chemotherapy and radiant profession.Meanwhile for the sake of compara-tive observation.77 cases of the same disease were treated with the clinicalcommon drugs of rising WBC used at present.The results discovered that thecurative effect of rising WBC with Br-done-methyl(effectiveness of the injectionswas high up to 85.1%)is strikingly higher than the comparer(its effectivenesswas 48.4%).The differences were very striking p<0.01,this showed that in thetreatment of rising WBC,the curative effect with Br-done-methyl was higher.Key words 16-α-Bromoestrone-3methyl(Br-done-methyl)Tremella fuciformisBerk(Tremella polysaccharide)The curative effect of leukopenia.
