摘要 简述了酒精固定化酵母大型生产线的优点,在实践中出现的染菌、酵母数下降、载体材料 结垢等问题及相应解决办法。 The advantages of big alcohol production line with fixed alcohol yeast are reported. The problems of bacterium infection, dropping of yeast amount and accumulated drit of carrier material are disccused and the corresponding measures for improvement are given.
