本文针对挤压机液压控制系统的要求,介绍了泵直接传动挤压机液压系统的设计计算方法,并对挤压速度的控制方式进行了分析比较。

The design calculation method of pump station, liquid-filling system, cooling cycling system, oil tank and piping in hydraulic control system of pump drive extrusion press is introduced. It was verified in actu- al application, in which better result was achieved.
