摘要
基于Dynaform软件平台,建立了TC2钛合金盒形件液压成形的三维有限元模型。以液压力、压边力、凸模圆角为因子,成形深度、最小壁厚以及最大增厚率为评价指标,设计了3因素5水平的正交试验方案。通过极差分析,确定了各因素影响评价指标的主次顺序,并运用综合平衡法和方差分析,获得了优选的因素水平组合。
Based on Dynaform software environment, a 3D finite element model of hydroforming for TC2 titani- um alloy box - shaped parts was established. Taking the hydraulic pressure, blank holder force and punch-nose angle as the factors, as well as forming depths, minimum wall thicknesses and maximum thickening rate as the evalution indexes, a scheme for orthogonal tests were designed. The sequence of factors 'affecting the forming quality was conformed with the analysis of range. The most optimal factor combination was obtained by applying comprehensive balance method and variance analysis.
