摘要
在阳极氧化法制备的多孔Al2O3膜板上用CVD技术制备出了大面积且高度取向的碳纳米管及阵列,用透射电镜(TEM)和扫描电镜(SEM)观察了碳纳米管阵列的表面形貌和单根碳纳米管的精细结构.分析了不同沉积条件对碳纳米管及阵列生长特性的影响.结果表明,阳极氧化法制备的Al2O3多孔膜板的高取向性使沉积生长其中的碳纳米管阵列也具有极佳的取向性和可控性.
With the CVD methods,large scale and great aligned carbon nanotubes and ensembles are achieved in the pores of Al 2O 3 templates which were made using anodization.Transmission electron microscopy and scanning electron microscopy are used to show the surface image of nanotube ensembles and the microstructure of the single carbon nanotube.The influence of the different depositing conditions to carbon nanotube and ensembles are analysed.For the reason of the aligned pores of Al 2O 3 membrane made by anodization the growth direction of the nanotube ensembles are highly perpendicular to each other and the nanostructures of the carbon nanotube ensembles can be controlled easily.
