摘要
针对40MN卧式双动挤压机液压系统的要求,提出采用泵-蓄势器联合传动,并对挤压速度进行分段控制:在低速段(0.5~5 mm/s)和高速段(45~100 mm/s),采用容积与节流联合调速方式进行控制;在中速段(5~45 mm/s),采用容积调速方式进行控制。同时在该挤压机主缸进液控制油路上设置插装式比例压力阀,使系统压力不超过设定值,保护了挤压工具。
The pump-accumulator combination drive was adopted and extrusion velocity was controlled in seg- ments according to the requirements of the hydraulic system in 40 MN extrusion press. The extrusion velocity is 0. 5 - 5 mm/s in low speed section and 45 - 100 mm/s in high speed section, in which the control mode is vol- ume and throttle combining regulation; the extrusion velocity is 5 -45 mm/s in intermediate speed section, in which the control mode is volume speed regulation. A plug-in mounting pressure apportioning valve is set in the liquid inlet pipline to the main cylinder of the extrusion press to keep the pressure within the set value and pro- tect the extrusion system.
