超大型环件径向轧制设备动梁受力分析和优化 被引量:9

摘要 本研究建立了超大型环件径向轧制设备动梁的有限元模型,采用该模型对超大型环件径向轧制设备动梁的受力进行了分析。研究发现,前梁框架的厚度和其中筋板厚度对前梁的强度和刚度都有较大的影响,而且其整体厚度的影响更大,本文基于动梁的有限元计算结果对动梁结构进行了优化设计,获得了可以满足设备功能需求的动梁结构。 The finite element model of moving frame of large ring radial rolling equipment is established. With the model, the deformation of moving frame is studied and it is found that: Both the effect of the whole thickness of moving frame and that of the thickness of its rib on the strength and stiffness are significant. Meanwhile, the effect of the whole thickness on moving beam is bigger that of the thickness of its rib. According to the result of FE simulation, the structure of the moving frame is optimized and the optimized frame can be satisfied with the requirement of application.
