摘要
针对传统以晶闸管控制、谐振变压器匹配的感应加热电源效率低、损耗大,寿命短的问题,以某公司进口感应加热炉为基础,通过调试和国产化改造,提出一种新型铝合金感应加热电源,并对感应加热电源的整流、逆变、谐振回路以及控制进行了详细的分析与研究。
Based on the debugging and domestication remoulding of an imported induction heating furnace, a new aluminum alloy induction heating power supply is proposed to solve the problems of low efficiency, high loss and short life of the traditional induction heating power supply which is controlled by thyristor and matched with resonance transformer. The rectification, contravariance, resonance return circuit and control of the in- duction heating power supply are analyzed and researched in details.
