摘要
为确定循环流化床锅炉燃烧室受热面传热系数 ,在理论分析其影响因素的基础上 ,通过实践运行数据和测试数据得到了其计算方法及有关参数。该方法考虑了受热面结构、受热状况和物料浓度的影响。计算结果与一些循环流化床锅炉的实际情况比较 ,具有较高的精确度 ,误差在 4%以内。该计算方法可用于 13 0~ 42 0
Heat transfer coefficient for the heated surface is the key parameter for the design of a circulating fluidized bed boiler. Theoretical analysis of the heat transfer mechanisms was used with experimental results to develop a heat transfer coefficient calculational method for a heater in a circulating fluidized bed furnace. The heater size, heating conditions, and the material density were considered in this method. The calculated results agree well with the experimental values, with errors of less than 4%. This calculational method can be used in the design of circulating fluidized bed boilers with capacities from 130t/h to 420t/h.
