Study on "Doctor Shen's medical cases" and its Academic Thoughts

沈鲁珍为清代早期名医,著有《沈氏医案》。他在学术上具有承前启后,善于创新的特点,为清代温病学说的发展做出了贡献。在临床治疗中辨证准确,疗效卓著,重视脾胃,培补元气,注意调心,药食同用,且煎丸并进,善用膏方治疗慢性病。

Shen Luzhen, a famous doctor in early Qing dynasty, wrote a book named ＂Doctor Shen~ medical cases＂. His academic thoughts served as a link between past and future. He was good at innovation and made his contribution to the development of febrile diseases theory of Ming and Qing dynasties. In clinical practice, his treatment on the basis of syndrome was accurate and clear. He focused on regulating spleen and stomach, tonifying original qi, regulating the heart spirit, applying food and drug simultaneously. He also used fried pills to strengthen the therapeutic effect and was good at treating chronic diseases with herbal extracts.
