针刺配合Vocastim-Master吞咽治疗仪治疗急性脑梗死后吞咽障碍50例

Therapeutic Effect of Acupuncture Combined with Vocastim-Master Electrical Instrument on 50 Cases of Patients of Swallowing Dysfunction Induced by Acute Cerebral Infarction

目的观察针刺配合Vocastim-Master吞咽治疗仪治疗急性脑梗死后吞咽障碍的临床疗效。方法 50例急性脑梗死后吞咽障碍患者,针刺以廉泉为主穴,配以双侧翳风、风池,并配合德国Vocastim-Master吞咽治疗仪,共治疗2个疗程,根据洼田氏饮水试验及洼田吞咽能力评定法进行疗效评价。结果 50例治疗后,治愈13例、显效18例、有效13例、无效6例,总有效率80%。结论针刺配合吞咽治疗仪治疗急性脑梗死后咽障碍疗效显著。

Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of acupuncture combined with Vocastim - Master electrical in- strument on Patients of Swallowing dysfunction Induced by Acute Cerebral Infarction. Methods 50 cases of patients were treated by needling Lianquan （ CV 23 ） as the principal point and puncturing bilateral Yifeng （ TE 17 ） and （ GB 20）, and combining with Vocastim -Master electrical instrument. Two therapeutic courses later, the effects were evaluated by Wa Tian＇s water drinking test and Wa Tian＇s swallowing function evaluation method. Results 13 cases were cured, 18 excel- lent, 13 effective, 6 invalid, and the total effective rate was 80 %.
