摘要
目的测定不同采收期珠子参药材中竹节参皂苷Ⅳa的含量并确定珠子参的最佳采收期。方法供试品用60%乙醇超声提取40 min,滤过,取续滤液作为供试品溶液,高效液相色谱仪测定峰面积。色谱柱:Kromasil-C18(5 um,4.6 mm×150 mm);流动相:乙腈-0.2%磷酸溶液(36:64);柱温:30℃;流速:1.0 mL/min;检测波长:203 nm。结果不同采收期珠子参中竹节参皂苷Ⅳa的累积量差异较大且7月含量最高。结论以竹节参皂苷Ⅳa为指标性成分确定珠子参的最佳采收期应为7月份。
Objective To explore the content of chikusetsu -saponin/Va in Panax pseudo -ginseng in different har- vesting time and decide the best harvest period. Methods Samples were ultrasonic extracted in 60 % alcohol for 40 min, filtered, and took filtrate as the testing solution, and measured the peak area by HPLC. Chromatographic column was Kro- masil - C18 (5 urn,4.6 mm × 150 mm), acetonitrile - 0.2 % phosphoric acid solution ( 36 : 64 ) were used as mobile phase and the column temperature at 30℃, flow velocity was 1.0 mL/min and wave - length 203 nm. Results The cumu- lant of chikusetsu - saponin IVa in Panax pseudo - ginseng varied greatly in different harvesting time and in July it was the highest. Conclusion The optimum time to harvest determined by content of chikusetsu - saponin IVa in Panax pseudo - ginseng may be July.
