摘要
1997年在内蒙古鄂尔多斯沙地用平衡法对小毛足鼠 (Phodopusroborovskii)、三趾跳鼠(Dipussagitta)、子午沙鼠 (Merionesmeridianus)和黑线仓鼠 (Cricetulusbarabensis)的能量摄入、消化和同化水平进行了研究 .结果表明 :1 )这 4种鼠单位体重的能量摄入、消化率和同化率均表现为夏季低、春秋两季高 ,而且单位体重的能量摄入与体重呈极显著的相关性 ;2 )以种子为主要食物的小毛足鼠和黑线仓鼠具有很高的消化率和同化率 ,与其它地区的同食性种类基本相同 ;以植物营养体为主要食物的三趾跳鼠和子午沙鼠的消化率和同化率也很高 ,显著高于其它地区同食性种类 ,而接近于食种子种类 .
Food utilization (including energy intake, digestibility and assimilation) were studied for four species rodents — Phodopus roborovskii, Dipus sagitta, Meriones meridianus and Cricetulus barabensis in Ordos Plateau sandland, NeiMongol in 1997. The main results and conclusions obtained are as follows: 1) Daily energy intake per unit body weight, digestibility and assimilation of the four species are all low in summer and high in spring and autumn, which is related to their reproduction, activity and adaptation to seasons, etc; 2) With the increase of body weight from Phodopus roborovskii (average body weighed 15.48g) to Cricetulus barabensis (19.35g),Meriones meridianus (44.93g) and Dipus sagitta (70.69g), the energy intake per unit body weight decreases (from 3.634 to 3.429, 2.126 and 1.776 kJ/g/day). The relationship between the energy intake per unit body weight (Y) and body weight (X) is describe by equation Y=14.353X-0.494 (R 2=0.993, P<0.01);3) Phodopus roborovskii and Cricetulus barabensis feeding mainly on seeds have very high digestibility (88.27%~90.82%) and assimilation (85.80%~88.78%), which is similar to that of other seed eating rodents dwelling in other regions.Dipus sagitta and Meriones meridianus feeding mainly on plants are also have high digestibility (82.20%~85.44%) and assimilation (79.59%~82.94%), which is higher than those dwelling in other regions with the same food habits.
