摘要
依据义务教育的特点,建立由顾客期望、质量感知、价值感知、顾客满意、消费情感五个维度构成的义务教育满意度量表。其中,质量感知包括环境与设施、师资与管理、教学过程、教学成果、素质教育五个指标。研究结果表明,该量表可用于义务教育满意度的测量,对推动教育质量的提高提供科学依据。
Based on the feature of compulsory education, this paper aims to establish a Customer Satisfaction Index Mode] of Chinese Compulsory Education E CCE - -CSI] composed of five structural variables such as customer expecta- tions, perceived quality, perceived value, customer satisfaction, consumer sentiment. Quality perception consists of five indicators, including environment and facilities, faculty and management, teaching process, teaching achievement, and quality education. The research data shows that the scale can be used for the measurement of the satisfaction of compulsory education, which can provide sound scientific evidence for the promotion of education quality.
