摘要
以贵州省平坝县白云镇农村小学为例,主要分析了两个方面的内容:一是师资结构;二是教师的教育理念与教学方式方法。通过研究发现,农村小学教师在具备一定的质量和数量的前提下,其所采用的工作方式、教学方法及所持有的教育理念都对农村小学教育质量的提高产生着巨大的影响。
With the rural primary schools in Baiyun Town, Pingba County as a case study, this paper analyzes two aspects: one is the structure of teachers; the other is the teaching concept and teaching methods of teaches. It is discovered in the study that the teachers in the rural primary schools, on the premise of certain quantity and quality, have profound influence on the improvement of rural primary school teaching quality with their teaching methods and teaching concept. Some useful findings for the improvement of rural primary school teaching are expected to be ob- tainod in the ongoing analysis.
