不同剂型对乙酰氨基酚在家兔体内的生物利用度研究

Study on Bioavailability of Different Dosage Forms of Acetaminophen in Rabbit

本文用分光光度法测定对乙酰氨基酚的片剂、注射剂、胶囊剂和栓剂的血药浓度,以Cm、Tm 和AUC 三个参数来评价四种剂型的生物利用度,结果注射剂与胶囊剂的AUC_(0 -∞)相比较两者无显著性差异(P>0.05),片剂和栓剂与注射剂的AUC_(0 -∞)相比较有显著性差异(P<0.01).

The blood concentration of acetaminophen in different dosage forms(tablet,injection,capsule,suppository)were determined Spectrophotometry.Three parameters(Cmax,Tmax,AUC_(0 -∞))were used to estimate the bioav-ailability.There were no significant difference in the AUC_(0 -∞)between injections andcapsules(p>0.05)there were statistically significant difference among tabletsuppository and injection(p<0.01).
