摘要
研究了磺化度大于 0 .5mol/kg的磺化三元乙丙橡胶 (SEPDM )的制备及离聚体的加工和力学性能 ,讨论了磺化反应的影响因素 ,得到了优化的磺化反应条件 :n(乙酸酐 )∶n(浓硫酸 ) =1∶1,5℃下反应 30min .硬脂酸锌是高磺化度SEPDMZn离聚体的有效增塑剂 ,其质量分数为 10 %~30 %时 ,可显著改善离聚体的加工性能 .离聚体的拉伸强度和断裂伸长率均随硬脂酸锌用量的增加而增加 .磺化度为 0 .8mol/kg的SEPDMZn离聚体的拉伸强度达 2 4~ 2 9MPa ,断裂伸长率近50 0 % 。
The preparation of sulfonated EPDM with high sulfonation level and processabi_lity and mechanical properties of its ionomers were investigated. The optimum sulfonating conditions are as follows: n (acetic anhydride)∶ n (sulfunic acid)=1∶1 and sulfonation time is 30 min at 5 ℃. Zinc stearate is an effective ionic plasticizer for SEPDMZn ionomers with high sulfonation level which can modify their processability in the mass fraction of 10%~30% of zinc stearate. With the increasing amount of zinc stearate, the tensile strength and elongation at break of ionomers all enhance simultaneously. The SEPDMZn ionomer with the sulfonation level of 0.8 mol/kg is a self_reinforcing thermal plastic elastomer with the tensile strength of 24~29 MPa and the elongation of 500 %.
