本文采用紫外法对国产四厂五批尼群地平片进行了体外溶出度测定。各厂产品在20min 内溶出度均大于75%。求得Td 参数具有极显著性差异(P<0.01),并证明含无水乙醇40%的溶出介质可保证实验的可靠性和准确性.

the Dissolution of fivebatches of nitrendipine tab.from four domesticpharmaceutical factories was determined by UV.the release of nitrendipine of allbatches was more than 75% within 20min.Td was very significant(p<0.01).It wasdemonstrated that the use of 40% alcohol solution as medium could make theassay accurate and reliable.
