剖宫产术后晚期产后出血的临床分析

The clinical analysis of late postpartum hemorrhage of cesarean section

目的探讨剖宫产术后晚期产后出血的发生时间、发病原因及发病特点,以便采取积极的预防措施。方法对2001年1月至2011年1月所发生的剖宫产术后晚期产后出血病例24例进行回顾性研究和分析。结果 24例晚期产后出血的发生时间多在产后2～3周,部分病例超过4周;发病原因主要为切口感染、胎盘附着面复旧不全、胎盘子宫内膜炎、胎盘、胎膜及蜕膜残留、子宫切口裂开。结论剖宫产术后晚期产后出血并不完全局限在产褥期,严格掌握剖宫产手术指征,早诊断早治疗,剖宫产术后晚期产后出血是可防可治的。

Objective To study the advanced postpartum hemorrhage of cesarean section occurrence time, etiology and clinical characteristic, in order to take active measures of prevention. Methods From January 2001 to January 2011 what happened after cesarean section of the late 24 cases of postpartum hemorrhage cases were retrospectively research and analysis. Results the late 24 cases of postpartum hemorrhage happened more than time in postpartum 2 - 3 weeks, some cases more than 4 weeks. The main reason of disease of incision infection, attached to the placenta face instauration was not complete, placenta endometritis, placenta, tire film and film residue, uterine incision cracked. Conclusion After cesarean section is not completely limited late postpartum hemorrhage in puerperium, strictly mastering cesarean section of surgical indications, early diagnosis and treatment, the late after cesarean section can prevent postpartum hemorrhage is the remedy.
