摘要
目的应用后腹腔镜手术治疗肾上腺疾病并评价其临床价值。方法对32例肾上腺疾病患者行后腹腔镜下肾上腺切除术。结果 30例手术均获成功,2例转开放手术;手术时间50～150min;术中出血60～200ml;住院时间天数5～10d。结论后腹腔镜手术可以作为治疗肾上腺疾病的首选方法。
Objective To evaluate the value of retroperitoneal laparoscopic surgery for adrenal disea- ses. Methods 32 cases of adrenal diseases were treated by retroperitoneal laparoscopic surgery. Results Retroperitoneal laparoscopic surgery was successfully applied in 32 cases, two converts to open adrenalecto- my. The operation time was 50-150 minutes. The intraoperative blood loss was 60-200 ml without blood transfu- sion. The length of hospital stay was 5-10 days. Conclusion Retroperitoneal laparoscopic surgery should be the first Choice in treating adrenal disease.
